Overview: 

This indicator system is a reconstruction of an indicator system for IT Management suggested by Kütz (2006: IT-Steuerung mit Kennzahlen. Dpunkt, Berlin.) by means of the Score-ML. It is further enriched with the business context: On the one hand, the reference objects like business process types or an IT hardware type are added; on the other hand, the goals certain indicator types are measurement for are visualised.

This enables users to take these additional information about the business context into account.
