Overview: 

This indicator system is a reconstruction of an indicator system for IT Management suggested by Kütz (2006: IT-Steuerung mit Kennzahlen. Dpunkt, Berlin.) by means of the Score-ML. It is already enriched with additional information such as the "depends on"- or "is early indicator for"-relationships.
